The Thanksgiving and Launch of Manet Tower 3 was held on Friday 18th November, 2016. The development consists of expansive office space fit to cater to the design and layout needs of any business organization and has been built to accommodate the needs and requirements of the handicapped and also utilizes state of the art fire safety and security measures.





Manet Limited built a new divisional police headquarters for the community as part of its corporate social responsibility commitment to several social projects in the country. The Police Station was completed in September 2015. Manet is the most diversified real estate company in the country.

The commissioning of the Police Station was held on Friday 2ND October, 2015 and was inaugurated by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Ahmed Alhassan.

The facility comprises of the Baatsona Divisional Headquarters, Okpoi Gonno District Headquarters and CID departments.

Manet built the police station upon the realization of the limited police presence between the Airport Police Station and Sakumono area. The station is expected to help strengthen security challenges facing the community and its environs in the district, which includes residential communities like Manet Court, Regimanuel Golden Gate, Devtraco, Kasaglobal, Mariville and Airport Hills estates. The district also serves major industrial, commercial and hospital facilities such as Coca cola, Johnson Wax, Kasapreko, Bank of Ghana, Accra Mall, Adas Synthetics Industry and Lister Hospital to name a few.

In an interview with the company Executives, the company expressed excitement on the completed project and stressed on the importance of safety and security within the communities. It was stated that the presence of the police in one’s community provides a psychological tranquility that calms ones insecurities with criminal activities.

Manet has over the past 21 years has celebrated and continues to celebrate two decades of job creation and service to the country. The Group looks ahead to bigger and better advances in the future.



On 26th October, 2012, MANET was  presented with the overall property award for 2012 dubbed ‘Property Walk of Fame’ at the 5th Ghana Property Awards held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra. 



On 7th September 2012, all twenty finalists visited the luxurious three-bedroom house known as the “Miss Ghana Official House”, located at the gated Manet Ville community off the Spintex road in Accra. Kindly donated by Manet, Miss Ghana 2012 and her two runner-ups will live in the tastefully furnished property during their one-year reign. Twenty finalists were hosted at the Manet corporate head office, and also given a tour of the very famous “Manet Towers,” at Airport City. Visibly excited to have a feel of what could ultimately be an official residence for any three of them, the finalists were taken round the facility by officials of Manet Properties. The contestants also “got their hands dirty” with some building materials that were being used for construction of the Miss Ghana Official House. Dr. Theresa Beeko, CEO of Manet and her team reiterated that ‘Manet identifies with the Miss Ghana vision of beauty with a purpose and were glad to come on board.



In a grand show of achievement and accomplishment the Manet Group commissioned the Manet Towers circa November 2010. It is the first ultra modern structure in Ghana
